Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse, Manufacture à Tokyo

The first outpost of Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse abroad, the Tokyo Manufacture is located in Nihonbashi, a famous district. Both a Manufacture and a store, the place is an ode to craftsmanship, with its authentic industrial decor of wood, brick, glass and cast iron. On the mezzanine, a “Salon” invites customers to take a peek at the production process while sampling chocolate creations.
