Manufactures
The Manufacture de Chocolat was opened in 2013 and set the founding principles for a great adventure exploring the concepts of 'Ingredient, Expertise, Taste'.
Since then, three other Manufactures have joined the adventure, respectively showcasing coffee, ice cream and biscuits.
These Manufactures are a reflection of Alain Ducasse's quest for true, authentic taste and his vision as a chef. All our creations are made using raw ingredients, crafted lovingly by hand by our chefs and teams in Paris.
