Ecole

Ecole Ducasse, master more than cooking

Created in 1999, École Ducasse’s mission is to transmit Alain Ducasse’s culinary know-how and expertise as well as his socially and environmentally responsible approach to cuisine. Our founder, Alain Ducasse, is both a creative chef and a true pioneer of the philosophy of ‘living well’ and ‘eating well’. Today, he is the most Michelin-starred chef in the world. His philosophy combines tradition and modernity, respecting the products used to showcase their authentic flavours. We train our students to become entrepreneurs, managers and responsible citizens.

Ecole Ducasse

The philosophy of excellence

Hosted by chefs and pastry chefs who possess enormous experience and a sense of pedagogy, our trainings blend teaching and sharing of culinary techniques and expertise at the highest level, with a resolutely contemporary approach to gastronomy.

With the support of Sommet Education and driven by international ambitions while remaining true to its French heritage, Ducasse Education becomes Ecole Ducasse and embraces a new signature : master more than cooking.
