The Bastide de Moustiers
A special place, warm and intimate, tucked away in the heart of the Verdon Regional Nature Park

When Alain Ducasse came across the Bastide de Moustiers on a walk, it was love at first sight. He first bought it as a country house for his own use in the mid-90s, but soon transformed it into a charming hotel and restaurant.

The opening of the Bastide de Moustiers as a hotel and restaurant, a veritable haven of peace in Provence, marked our first step into the independent hotel business.

Hostellerie de l'Abbaye de la Celle
A charming Provençal hotel and restaurant set in the heart of a 12th-century Benedictine abbey

In 1999, DUCASSE Hospitalité opened a second hotel and restaurant in Provence, the Hostellerie de l’Abbaye de la Celle.
Inspired by the unique atmosphere of this 18th-century inn and its well-preserved character, he chose this peaceful setting to provide a place of exception, where the Maison Ducasse values are applied as a matter of course. Sincere hospitality, a personalised welcome, excellence, social interaction and sharing are the essence of the place.

Teritoria
The origins of hospitality

Founded in 1975, the community of independent hotels and restaurants named Les Collectionneurs began a new chapter in its history when it became Teritoria.
The first hotel community with a mission, Teritoria seeks to introduce travellers to small-scale establishments that encourage interaction, showcase their local area and perpetuate their passion for hospitality.

Chaired by Alain Ducasse, the Teritoria community comprises 430 charming establishments, mainly 4-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
Teritoria’s members are united in sharing a set of tangible, measurable commitments that address three major challenges: reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving working conditions and preserving biodiversity.
